I love health drinks. Nothing like a nice drink boost for your body. I usually buy health drinks, but I’m also keen to have some of the ingredients at home to make my own healthy drinks/ shots in the morning. I think that would put me in an even better mindset to start my day ! ☀️

Spirulina from my google search is a superfood algae that has vitamins and minerals and also protein? Interesting🤓. Just one tablespoon is enough in a smoothie for a major boost to your body!. I’ve seen from articles online that is has a v particular taste. So it’s recommended to add loads of juicy fruits to mask the flavour. But idm drinking it if it doesn’t taste 100% amazing. Knowing it’s brill for my body will be motivation enough !.
